We are an appraisal office at 22025 Hawthorne Blvd, and most of our work is valuing property for families and executors after a death. It is a hard time to be handed paperwork, so we keep the valuation side clear and private.

Who does the work, and how to check
The appraisers who work Torrance assignments are licensed in California. Before you engage us, you can ask for the appraiser's name and licence, and we will tell you.
You do not have to take our word for it. Two public lookups let you confirm any appraiser's licence yourself:

Our reports follow USPAP, and the opinion of value is independent.
What we do

We would rather you have the valuation information you need to make informed decisions than a stack of jargon. An estate is a private matter, and we treat it that way.
